HOLY SHIFTACULAR BABY! This is one FANGTASTIC series! I was completely blown away and soooooo in love with…well…EVERYTHING! I was chomping at the bit waiting for each part to be released, so to fill in the time I would read & re-read the parts that I did have! By the time that part 6 was released I lost count at how many times I had read the first couple of parts! BUT WOW! It was so FURRIFICALLY WORTH IT! Since I also reviewed each part as I read them, here are all of my reviews, all together in one handy place just like this WOLFTASTIC series by Tamara & Marata!!! Enjoy!
Lycan Alpha Claim #1 I smirk. I can't say I hate the process. 5 stars
Can't say I would either! WOW!! What a fangtastic bite! It's a wonderful bit of werewolf lore. NOT!! That is a line more suited to whence it came - the story itself because this is so much more that “just” a wonderful bit of werewolf lore! This is one gritty, passionate & intense story that I CANNOT get enough of! This is not for the faint of heart, but WOW!! Is it ever hot & PAWESOME! This story is bold, hot, a no-holds-barred kind of wolf tail and giving it that raw edge is the first person narration. I love just how unique this story is with it being set in the future, with cool future tech, laws, and more, but of course the part that was my favorite – everything about her werewolves! Their history, process, way of life, pack rules, etc. It just all flows pawfectly together into one helluva story that I can't wait to see what happens next! Tamara had me under her spell right from the cover, let alone the actual story, but that story - it has me panting for more! Tamara is definitely a FANGTABULOUS author who has grabbed my attention and I cannot wait to read ALL of her books! Which I will be doing while waiting for the next installments in this GRRRIFIC series!
Lycan Alpha Claim #2 Oh my God—it's supernatural week. 5 FANGS
WHOOOOWEEE that line says it all! Ain't it great to be a reader these days! Or at least if you are reading Tamara / Marata books it is! Has T/M ever outdone herself & herself this time with the hilarious one-liners...especially since they aren't meant to be funny! "Where the hell is my eunuch friend?" Or "Get a grip, Merck." ummmm I'm over here if you need someone to get a grip onto. There are so many more but I don't want to give too much away. Or anything for that matter. This is such a passionately intense story that I find it hard to find fault with it! Other than the obvious, that is - it's a serial! I am not a patient reader at the best of times, but to have this fangerrific story doled out in short parts every 6 wks or so!?! Now THAT is pure torture! Especially with how we were left 'hanging' on this one. snort (trust me, that will make you giggle once you have read this part) I cannot believe how many twists & turns this one has. So many times I either snickered at the one-liners or gasped at the WTF moments. Tamara is one exceptionally gifted author who embodies everything it means to captivate a reader to the point that they are utterly consumed by her work! I am wholly & completely blown away with how unique, amazing and captivating this story arc is! I cannot wait to read the rest of this one! September 7 cannot come soon enough! (is it Sept.7th yet?)
Lycan Alpha Claim #3 I'm not me anymore, but something new. 5 stars
AAAAARRRGGHHH! FRACK Tamara!! This is such an intensely dark & gritty tail that is so FURTASTICALLY unique it has me so FUROCIOUSLY addicted & obsessed to the point it is killing me to have to wait for the rest of the story!!! So many different creatures, so many different abilities, so many funny bits, so many hot or almost hot parts, so many great lines & phrases, so much creativity like NOTHING I have ever read before! There are so many surprises, twists & turns making it impossible to guess what will happen next! You might think that it sounds almost too ambitious, however with Tamara’s PAWMAZING writing, it all works so WOLFTASTICALLY PURRFECT to bind you into the story, so deep into the story that you hunger for more! Curses on these serials! I am so amped up that I don't want to stop, I CAN'T STOP reading it! Well, okay fine! I do have to stop until the next part is released, but I don't have to like it! And yes, I have re-read these 3 parts more than once (or twice) already! YES! This story truly is this PAWESOME, this WOLFELICIOUS, this PAWSITIVELY FANGTABULOUS, THIS ALL-CONSUMING!! It utterly blows me away with how exceptionally gifted & phenomenally talented Tamara truly is!! I love most of the books that I read, but there are only a few that touch me deep down into my paranormal soul and this is one of them! It brings you a deeply intense, darkly rich story that grabs you and pulls you into the dark underbelly side of the Paranormal that is all Tamara and doesn't let you go! I cannot wait for the last part to be released, beyond the most obvious answer of wanting to see how it plays out, but so that I can read this entire story all at once, from its sexy & furry head to the very tip of its hard & gritty tail! OVER & OVER again for years to come!!!
Lycan Alpha Claim #4 Talyn, the woman, doesn't know that. 5 stars
But the wolf hiding underneath my skin does. When he holds out his hand, something inside me dies. My humanity. WHOA!! I did not see that coming at all! WOW!! I have no idea where Tamara is taking this but what a helluva ride!!! They say it's not about the destination but the journey that gets you there. Well, this is one thrill ride of a journey to end all journeys! And it’s not yet over!!! I cannot believe how consumed I am with this series! So much so that the wait between releases is all but killing me! Tamara has gone well beyond 'just' writing a story. She has created this dark, raw, gritty & hot, oh so VERY HOT world where so many different types of paranormals exist!! Of course, they are all wanting to change Talyn who only wants to go back a week to when she was blissfully ignorant of all of this and just be Talyn the Human. Too bad that everyone fighting for her doesn't want her, doesn't want happily ever after, they just want to breed her. Or do they? I have no idea what will happen, but for some reason I want it to happen with Merck. He's so, I don't know...all sexy Changer! I think is mostly because the story is told in first person mode from 3 different characters - Merck, Talyn & Narah - which is easy to follow. All of this and more, enriches the story to epic proportions! To lighten the story, there's humor sprinkled throughout which had me in stitches a time or 4! I probably laughed at some that weren’t maybe meant as funny, but it’s one of those things that when you are so engrossed in the story and something surprises you, you bark out a HA! or 3! Tamara and her phenomenal talent have blown me away with this series! My only 'complaint' is that I discovered this series with Lycan Alpha Claim #1 not having been released yet, and since I can't possibly NOT read each part as its released, I have to keep waiting for Tamara to write & release each part!! Okay, that isn't a 'real' complaint, but this is such a FANGTASTIC & WOLFTACULAR series and I am beyond impatient and NEED to keep reading!!! Told you Tamara has me consumed with this series! And with each part I keep falling deeper & deeper into the PAWMAZING, gritty, darker & oh so very sexy Lycan cave! One that I never want to leave!!

It was right. You were right—with me. HOLY SHIFT! What an effenly FURRIFIC continuation of a LYCANTASTIC story!!! It is this raw, gritty, dark and hot WOLFTASTIC story that I have ABSO-FURRY-LUTELY fallen in love with!! It is told from multiple viewpoints but there is no CLAWS for concern or worry! Not only does Tamara have it all labeled, but she does it so PAWFECTLY so you know whose thoughts and viewpoint you are living at that moment, which of course enriches the story even more! (which I really didn’t even think was possible!!!) I don't even know where or how to begin a spoiler-free review of this part, so pardon me if this is shorter than usual. Plus I am eager to read the last part!!! So very many twists, turns, surprises, shocks and what-the-shift moments, it's impossible to guess or accurately predict the outcome of even the 'small' parts!! This story has evolved into one SHIFTACULARLY FANGTASTIC adventure of epic proportions! I am utterly and wholly consumed, mind, body, heart & soul! With her phenomenal talent, Tamara has me so obsessed with this series that it is next to IMPAWSSIBLE to stop thinking about it! I even randomly read a part here and there!! In fact, I read each part before starting the new one, partly as a refresher but mostly because I want to!! I have read this 5th part about 3 or 4 times already!! But the PAWESOME part of reading each part over & over again is that I discover or rediscover things I didn't notice or remember in past reads. So now I am drowning in drool for the ending!!

you want what's best for them—not what's best for you. Love is selfless. WOW! OH WOW! SIMPLY WOWOHWOW!! This is the single most FANGTABULOUS, most WOLFTASTIC, most SHIFTACULAR end of a serial/series EVER! It is this raw, gritty, dark and hot FURRIFIC story that I have ABSO-FURRY-LUTELY fallen in love (& lust) with!! I was so eager to see how it played out that I couldn't fully concentrate on the story!! I kept reading, but it was more like skimming, so I was constantly back-tracking trying to figure out this or that comment/action/etc. Finally I just gave in and kept skimreading until I got to the end, then started all over again. And again..and again! Yup! It was so WOLFELICIOUS that I read it a full 4 times! I love Tamara’s sense of humor, the colorful language, the creativeness of… well… EVERYTHING!!!! There is so much more I want to say to share my love of this truly GRRRRANDE FURNALE of the series, but I am afraid of spoiling something!! This ending was PAWFECT! Super surprising, but PAWFECT! I love the variety of shifter as well as their abilities, powers, histories, aspects, laws & rules. I have to admit that the one part I expected to happen, never did! WHOA! That is yet one more reason why I love this story as well as Tamara/Marata! With her phenomenal talent she had me pulled into this story even before it was released!! Then once I started reading it, I became obsessed with it! But in next to no time, it's much more accurate to say I was consumed by this LYCANTASTIC Brief Bites series! And yes, I do hate the wait between parts, but huMAN oh wolfMAN! Does Tamara ever ease the pain with her genuine gift for crafting such SHIFTABULOUS stories that are IMPAWSSIBLE to stop loving, let alone put down! Tamara has very quickly become one of my favorite authors and a new addition to my Favorite Authors bookshelf!! I AM 100% ADDICTED to Tamara/Marata’s writing styles, and of course it doesn’t hurt that they have “Vampire”, “Lycan” or “Shifter” in the titles! So now I cannot wait to go back and catch up on all of her other stories – especially Narah's story - Vampire Alpha Claim!!!

It's a bunch of short novellas, not a series of 6 books to my disappointment. If you're looking for a long read this isn't it. At least it goes into some stories that I haven't heard before.
Good book but still feel like it left me hanging at the end. Why can't she leave the house and go back to town. Did he explain to her she was now his forever? Are the others going to leave me with questions or are they going to be more satisfying.
